We enjoy the flank steak and grilled vegetables. The prime burger is one of the best burgers I have ever had. It is big enough for two if you wish to share. The grilled chicken is one of our favorites and is excellent! We like to finish with the Alfajor, an Argentina cake, which we cannot locate in our home city of Vancouver. The serving is large enough for leftovers for 2 the next day. The lattes are excellent and go well with dessert. We love the food, service and hospitality! We visit 3-4 times during our Cancun visits. We highly recommend Cambalache! ”

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is impeccable, and the food—oh, the food—is out of this world! Our waiter, Angel, was beyond attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering fantastic recommendations. Israel also provided excellent service, ensuring every detail was perfect.
